Summary:
The SAP Senior Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse Analyst is responsible for the creation and support of the data warehouse for SAP using SAP BI and or other enterprise business intelligence toolset. Must possess a strong sense of customer service to gather requirements and understand the business needs. The BI Analyst is responsible for defining the warehouse architecture, design, and modeling of the data structures, and developing the reporting solutions. In addition to these primary duties, this person will also support ECC and BI upgrades, interfaces to other core business systems, interfaces to external systems, and will help define and support IT processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to lead discussions with the business to analyze reporting needs, configure and model data, and develop reports in BI.
- Develop, implement, and manage the ETL process to bring data from ECC into BW.
- Develop processes to load data from non-SAP source systems.
- Develop options for data access (e.g. Web Solution, ECC drill-through, DSO reporting, master data reporting, etc.)
- Create and maintain data structures (DSO, InfoCubes & Muli-providers, etc.)
- Create and maintain process chain load schedules.
- Analyze and tune the BI environment.
- Focus on the BW end of BI, but provide collaborative and development support for the BO (presentation end) of BI (BEx, Universes, BOEx, WEBI, Xcelsius, Crystal Reports, etc.).
- Conduct user requirements gathering and documentation designs.
- Develop functional and technical specifications and completes object development and testing.
- Design and execute testing plans to validate the data-loading process, data integrity, and that reports are meeting business requirements.
- Work closely with end users to prioritize and manage completion of support tickets. Track and report BI support metrics.
- Manage projects assigned through the full project lifecycle including managing and coordinating the work of consultants when necessary.
- Document and control all changes made to production systems via change control process.
- Stay current with SAP’s BI technology, business and industry issues and drivers.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience data processing and modeling and report development in SAP BW/BI version 3.5 or higher.
- 1 year of experience on SAP BI 7.0 is desired.
- Knowledge and experience with Business Objects is desired.
- Knowledge of core SAP Modules (SD, MM, FICO, PP, and QM)
- ABAP Programming experience is a desired.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BW Data Architecture.
- Strong systems architecture and design skills.
- Knowledge and experience with data warehouse logical modeling Star Schema, Fact, Dimension, Snow-flake, Lookup, Staging, cube.
- Experience with BI Administrator Workbench.
- Two or more full project life cycle SAP implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation support.
- Experience with business case development, project planning and estimation is a must.
- Experience in Solution Manager is a plus.
- Cross-functional business experience is a must.
- Experience working for a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.

Summary:
The Corporate SAP BASIS Lead will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of our enterprise SAP systems in a Microsoft Windows / SQL environment. He/she must have advanced experience with core SAP ECC modules, BI/BW, business objects, Windows operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher and a proven track record of implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of SAP based systems, including application installations, upgrades and system backups

Experience:

- SAP implementation/support experience on any Virtualized environment
- Experience in analyzing and tuning performance issues
- Experience resolving ABAP short dumps and update errors

Client in California needs a Senior Enterprise Architect with experience in the Healthcare or Insurance Industry with solid experience in Broker Commissions on the Business and Process side.
