Scope:
Operating in a team oriented environment, individual will work under the direction of a Manager with various levels of company personnel throughout the business units, as well as outside consultants in the areas of: analytical assistance, system support, SAP configuration, ABAP and JAVA programming. Individual is responsible to continually maintain proficiency in the SAP applications, the NETWEAVER architecture and associated components.
Basic Function:
The function of the Software Engineer is to participate in the detailed analysis, design, construction, testing, quality assurance, implementation and administration of software solutions to business requests.
This position will also be responsible for conforming to development, testing and quality assurance standards and ensuring that all software deliverables meet or exceed these standards in addition to the Technology Framework.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Participate in the analysis, design, construction, testing and QA of software applications, applying project management methodology as prescribed by management.
Lead and manage offshore and on-site development resources to complete tasks on time and within budget.
Responsible for the testing, configuration design and documentation associated with implementation projects, system upgrades, OSS notes, LCP’s, Support and Enhancement Package installations.
Ensure the compliance to programming, testing and quality assurance standards.
Relationship Development:
Responsible for developing and maintaining SAP functional knowledge, primarily for ABAP applications to support business functions. Ongoing knowledge will be enhanced through a combination of formal SAP training courses, on the job training, involvement with Americas SAP User Groups (ASUG) and/or knowledge transfer from consultant experts.
Assist in the development of end user training and documentation ensuring training meets end user requirements and is appropriate for the audience.
Obtain assistance from end user community in review of materials.
Support
Serve as contact for functional application help issues from the user community.
Investigate and solve problems by documenting solutions and transferring key learnings to appropriate users. This includes researching solutions within the SAP Online Support System(OSS) and Solution Manager.
Participate as a member of various and ongoing project teams to implement new, or enhance existing, processes using SAP functionality.
Must Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferably in Computer Science with three years applicable business experience or associates degree and five or more years of applicable experience.
Proven ability to create and modify custom SAP ABAP programs.
Proven experience with SAP ECC,SCM, BW, CRM and HR experience
Good interpersonal skills, with demonstrable verbal and written communications to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment including development of new skills to meet changing technology requirements.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with SalesForce and Force.com integration, Business Objects SDK’s, Relational databases, In-Memory technology

SAP CRM ANALYST – Retail Solutions
This position identifies, recommends and implements innovative solutions to further enhance the Retail Solutions
business use of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, Marketing and Interaction Center. These activities typically include:
- Identifying standard CRM 7.0 functionality that can be leveraged for business needs.
- Documenting technical specifications, ABAP and workflow development, testing and debugging.
- Supporting unit, integration and stress testing for application enhancements, upgrades and patches.
- Providing production support of implemented functionality.
- Designing solutions and providing estimates for implementation and support of those solutions.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Increasing value to the business unit by being solutions focused and reducing and optimizing non-productive activities.
- Maintaining compliance and continuous improvement to IT Processes and Methodologies.
- Providing leadership on initiatives and small-scale projects.
- Documenting processes/procedures and specifications for peers.

Qualifications

SAP WORKFLOW/NETWEAVER ADMINISTRATOR
This position is responsible for working across a dynamic team of technical and business resources to deliver workflow solutions through the entire application development lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
-Requirements Analysis: Conducting interviews and workshops with business clients to gather functional specifications and facilitate the development of quality functional and technical specifications.
-Design: Modeling SAP workflow solutions that will be used to meet business requirements; helping to create and drive
organizational adoption around best practice design principles.
-Construction: Creating, maintaining and administering SAP workflows, including the interaction with SAP NetWeaver Universal Worklist (UWL).
-Test: Developing and executing detailed unit test plans. Working with and leading the business customers during user
acceptance. Conducting unit, integration and stress testing for application projects, upgrades, or maintenance and also
developing and maintaining test plans.
-Implement: Providing production support of implemented functionality. Developing clear documentation for completed products. Providing sound customer service by exceeding customer needs. Developing layout plans to drive adoption of UWL with customers.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems or related degree, or commensurate experience in lieu of degree.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience with core SAP Workflow development. Examples include Business Objects, ABAP Classes, Methods, Agent Determination, Role resolution, Binding, Events, Event Linkage, and both asynchronous and synchronous tasks.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Workflow Administration tasks including performance tuning. Examples include logically deleting a workflow, workload analysis, event tracing, event simulation, substitution, and debugging/diagnosis.
-Minimum of 2 years experience administering and configuring Universal Worklist (UWL) within the SAP NetWeaver platform.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience applying ABAP coding within SAP ERP (specific examples: BAPI’s Function Modules, Classes, BAD’s, RFC’s); experience across various SAP ERP modules is preferred.
-Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production support environment.
-Analytical skills to effectively resolve technical problems, identify and implement process improvements, and think creatively.
-Oral and written communications skills to facilitate meetings, capture requirements as well as write documentation,
specifications, procedures and process flows.
-Understanding and willingness to embrace application development standards and processes.
